12 step program designed to guide you towards on going business success!
Achieving each step will assist you to develop and improve your skills, knowledge, experience and confidence.
The 12 steps are:-
1-3. Introduce three (3) new qualified Consultants to Thermomix.
4. Complete Flipchart training with your Business Development Manager (BDM).
5. Complete Build Your Business Booster training with your BDM
6. Conduct 10 demonstrations in a calendar month.
7. Achieve 4 closed sales in a calendar month.
8. Achieve 6 closed sales in a calendar month.
9. Achieve a minimum of 3 closed sales per calendar month for three consecutive months.
10. Develop or convert three recipes, upload them to the recipe community with photos and present one at a meeting.
11. Present a 10 minute talk at a meeting on a relevant topic agreed with your Team Leader.
12. Assist your Team Leader with the organisation of a Cooking Class.
By completing all 12 steps, you will join the Thermomix Go Getters Club and be entitled to increased commission and opportunities.
You can begin your Go Getters journey from the first full month, following completion of your 60 Day Program. With exception of the Recruitment Steps all other steps must be completed outside of your 60 Day Program. Anyone you inspire to join the business during your 60 Day Program will count towards your Go Getters recruiting steps.
You have a rolling 18 months from the start of your Go Getters journey to complete the steps.
On completion you will receive the corresponding step charms to wear on your SANTastics lanyard. You will receive the exclusive Thermomix Go Getters Recognition Pin and the opportunity to apply for a Team Leader position if available in your location.
You will also receive a $500 bonus and ongoing increased commission on machine sales, one level above the level you would normally receive. eg. 1 sale per month instead of $220 receive $240, 2 sales per month instead of $240 receive $290 etc.
